I know a Law Degree is good for Fortune 500 companies, and you have to do Med School to be a doctor, and MBAs get you into wall street. Other than that, in factoring time, cost and experience, for what fields is a Masters Degree mandatory? I'm in Politics/International Affairs, and it is something I am working on right now.

I can't think of too many fields (other than those in which no undergraduate degree exists) that require a masters degree for everyone; it is more a matter of individual employers setting standards for those they will hire for a particular position. For example, you don't need an MBA to get onto Wall Street, but you might need one to work for many of the employers on Wall Street. As for the Ph.D., you need one for most academic jobs (outside of some fields in community colleges) and for jobs at research institutes and think tanks.
