I think we're headed toward some kind of global conflict, and it could be precipitated by Iran. It seems that a world war is inevitable when you consider the projected depletion of oil reserves combined with rapid growth in China, India, and the rest of the developing world. (throw in the potential economic and social damage caused by climate change and then you've really got a powderkeg).

Iran will always be a hotspot in the desperate race to take control of the last oil fields, and could well be ground zero for the start of the next World War. I'm just not sure we're quite at that point yet, but this is going to be a catastrophic problem in 20-30 years unless we perfect the hydrogen fuel cell soon.

the two the question and the solutions concentration in ordinary terms in wrestle circumstances and wars are greater complicated than that. There are political and budget friendly components that are consistently in touch and which could make certain strikes that the soldier would not take under consideration. Its is doubtful that Turkey, case in point, could area with Iran in a conflict with the West. there is a vital financial incentive to not do it. Turkey, because of the fact the tip of the Ottoman Empire, has sought to grow to be westernised and has taken important steps in direction of this and institutionally considers itself as greater ecu than Middleastern. Iran, on the different hand, places religious issues (and needed, at that) over others. for this reason its movements are actually not actual predictable because of the fact a zelous yet ignorant ayatollah may well be decisive in a sort. added, the religious issues are actually not sparkling cut back (i. e. Shiites won't attack shiites). Iran did have a conflict with Iraq inspite of the numerous shiites on the two components. Iraq attacked Kuwait with out pondering the religion of the Kuwaitis. So, a respected concern could take a number of greater components into attention than those in basic terms defense force ones. evaluate case in point that planes, tanks and troop businesses require gas and components. That components, munitions, missiles and gas value funds and their grant takes time. The question is thrilling and that i seem forward to greater solutions.

In my opinion, not a single country you mention will risk war with a super power over Iran. Assuming the worst, if the US does attack Iran all that will happen is that the Middle East will become more messed up than it already is and the economics of nuclear powered vehicles may suddenly become appealing :)

Iran will do something where Israel is concerned. The U. S. will get in on it. That will bring China and Russia in. Then all hell will break loose. This is the main reason for the invasion/occupation of Iraq.

We have been hearing about WWIII since the 1950s. It's easy to just make stuff up and scare people isn't it?

We were FAR closer to WWIII in the early 1960s and again in the early 1980s. Get real.
