Could be the cold weather? A drafty house causes leakage of heat to the outside too. There could be many reasons, usually unfounded excuses, for the furnace to operate as it should. You're probably fine. Close up all the cracks to the outside and see if you notice the difference.

First, check to make sure the filter is clean. Then, if you have a mechanical thermostat make sure it is level and the heat anticipator is properly set. For more info, check out the furnace page at my source.
