I wouldn't say "star"
but he's looking a lot better than he ever has before

He has all the tools to be a very good receiver.
He still drops passes, but is improving. It is hard to say since he has no other receivers to take the pressure off him and has no QB.
Atlanta needs a real WR opposite White and a real QB. erd year is usually the breakout year for WRs, so next year is a big one for him.
He needs more consistency and he needs to stop thinking so much. He does a great job on difficult catches where he needs to react, but a poor job when he's wide open and has time to think.
All that said, I don't think he will ever be a top tier guy, but he can be a second tier guy.

he is a good receiver. he isnt quite a star but remember who is throwing to him "Harrington and Leftwitch" if he had a good qb, he might end up being a great player.
