Could anyone recommend some good jpop music or a good jpop artist?

(mainly "Morning Musume" or Aya Matsuura)

Also good ,well known ones Hikaru Utada and Koda Kumi and Ayumi Hamasaki.

older groups, Speed and also Dream.

oh and Tomoko Kawase who actually has three different personalities. And if you want less pop-wise and more rock-wise, try X-Japan or Mana.

Well there are alot more, but can'treally think of anything right now, lol.

I didn't know jpop is short for Japanese pop music until I just looked it up in Wikipedia.

I recommend asking an anime site blog. They are much better at answering this question than this audience.
