how long do you have to go to school to be a pharmacy tech and what are the requirements?

i am trying to figure out what I want to pursue as a career, any info on this would be helpful...

You don't need any schooling to become a pharm tech. Most don't view pharm tech as a career but as a job. The average salary is below $30k a year. The most I've ever heard a tech being paid was for an experienced hospital tech at about $20 per hour.
