Your favorite beauty (and other) products are discontinued?!?
That is awfull.
Especially when it's really special, and nothing else looks like, smells like, or works like the product you lost.
Here's a list of my R.I.P. products:
Revlon "Scarlet Sizzle" and "Snow Orange" nail polishes. (they were perfect for cool-toned people, and I have never found a close match to them.)
Lancome "Pinstripe" and "Praline" lipsticks shades.
Estee Lauder "Solid Milk Cleansing Granules" (left my skin like SILK!)
Vasoline Hand & Nail formula lotion (the original one, nothing else has ever come close to this amazing lotion!)
Perfumes no longer with us:
"Ben Hur" (dumb name, wonderful scent, my mom's all-time fave)
"Evil" by Elvira (again, dumb name, terrific scent)
"One Perfect Coral" (released for limited time by Revlon to promote a shade of lipstick & nail color....I have never smelled anything remotely close to it again )

Yes this totally sucks!! I have had this happen so many times...whenever I find something I really like I buy one everytime I go to the store....

WOW! I had no idea some of these had been discontinued (blotting away a tear for the vaseline hand and nail lotion)! I do worry sometimes that my favorite products will be discontinued, since there are so many to compete with, and you don't have to buy the best of the best very often!

My fairwell goes to Victoria's Secret Lipstick in Sweetheart. It was the best and most practical color, and their new line doesn't carry the shade at all. So sad!
I also liked the Cover Girl eyeshadow quad in shimmering sands, there is a trio now, but the colors aren't nearly as good :(

yes I hate it... but for mascara, I highly recommend Big Fatty mascara by Urban decay... it works wonders. But what I hate worse is when your favorite tv show is canceled.... like Sex and the City ... I am seriously counting the days til May 2008, when the movie comes out...â¥

i know that feeling,but we have to get over it,or you can always put a free ad on craiglist.org.to see if anyone has some that was never opened and used 2.good luck!

Yea, because my woman start grumping and then I have to appease my Queen buying new stuff to try until she happy again and gives me kisses for being understanding. :-p

the herbal essences citrus fusion? i think in pink grapefruit, smelled great and worked perfect on my hair.
