My crazy ex-neighbor would get my dog off our carport and take him to her house or to the vet. He was not running around the neighborhood or anything like that. He just hated the fence in the back and would jump right over and come sit by the front door.
Our neighbor drove us so crazy we had to give the dog away and later moved.

I once went on holiday and returned to find a smashed downstairs window where a burglar had tried, but failed (thanks to window locks). A note was through the door from the police saying my neighbours had called them and to ring the station. I popped round to have a chat with my neighbour first to see what had happened and she shouted and got extremely angry saying we should have told them we were going away. (As a matter of small fact, we had when we explained why my parents were collecting our rabbit, 2 days before we left!) My neighbour said to let the police know her husband had tried all our doors and windows front and back (just to check it was secure...) when they fingerprinted. As it was a different neighbour (300 yds away, that spotted the intruder in the middle of the night and called the police, I've often wondered just why my neighbours behaved so weirdly. Hmm, are you thinking what I'm thinking?!!

I live in an upstairs apartment in an apartment complex. The guy who lives in the apartment next to mine got drunk one Saturday night, took a big piece of cardboard and started playing "sled" down the breezeway steps. He did this for what seemed like an hour before one of the other neighbors downstairs came out, took the cardboard away from him and threatened bodily harm.
The guy kept moaning "I'm jus' havin' a little fun."

Well, a few months ago I had my door open and it was about 9 or 9.30 at night. I was playing music not too loud but not that low either. So then one of my neighbors came and just shut my door without knocking or anything. I found that kind of funny actually =]

Your neighbor could get into trouble for harassment or obscene material if it is in view of children. My neighbor started parking his vehicles and equipment on my property without asking me. I let it go for a while, but I had to approach him and set him straight. I eventually had to put up markers defining the boundary lines, because he would have eventually owned my property if I let him continue.

Nothing as outrageous as some of you fine folks, but I had one set of neighbors just stop being friends for no reason at all. We used to visit each other and do favors for each other, etc. I tried to find out why and was told nothing was wrong by both of them. It's going to be 3 years now since they last came to my house and one and a half years since I stopped over at theirs. Go figure.

RAn out into the street screaming that her cat had brought a half dead mouse inside her house. She never shows her face normally...you wouldnt even know she was there....she's like a ghost neighbour....oh apart from the time when at 3.00am she started playing Shania Twain's "man I feel like a woman" at 200 decibels....other than those incidents I never see her!

My neighbors across the street have a mowing fetish. In the summer they mow at least twice a week and do it in different directions each time.
