I want her to spend quality time with her mom/ thing/entity, she really is a way out alien..... Give me some guidance.

I feel quite certain that little Surveigh is old enough to travel. That is as long as she is in her spaceship seat that is appropriate for her weight as I hear that the fines for no belts or improper belts in space is out of this world.
