Hi,

Sadly the fundamentals of logic has not been taught much for 50 years or more. Even as a baby boomer I did not get that course until university level. This Philosophy course at that time was required for all students and disciplines and it is the most helpful course I ever took.

Sadly the courts also fall into these fallacies all the time and people by into it. If I had my way I would make this course as compulsory as English or math.

I believe that you answered your own question. As long as the majority of the people remain too stupid and/or lazy to care, negative campaigning will always be with us.
