I mean if I was a woman I'd be rich. Why is it ok to touch me at work but say not women? Generally speaking it is actaully women that are grabbing me. Does anyone else have this problem I mean I am near 40 I am not a child. What is wrong with these people?

It's not just women.. Men have also filed claims for sexual harassment. You have the right to report them.

Here is an interesting article that came out earlier this year:

Male Sexual Harassment In The Workplace On The Rise
http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/175980/male_sexual_harassment_in_the_work.html

Just like women are not sexual objects, neither are you..

I'm guessing most men don't report it is because they don't want the rest of the guys to make fun of them because you know, it's "cool" to have chicks hit on you...

You ar probably puttng out good signals and a very lving person. i have that problem also. Do people feel you are warm and can ask you anything? You may want to buy a tasser (msp or tazer). I have found that after a couple of times of use people get the idea. like when you come out of the 7-11 at night and several people are sitting on your car, if they won't move and you do that, then word gets around nad they make sure they don't bother you, as a matter of fact the evil ones act real good when you come around and before you know it people start coming to the store again and bring the kids and the evil ones move on. Then again it doesn't hurt when the police show up and take areport and the ambulances, stuff like that, but it works good, just be readdy to break their fall. Timing is so important. Save America don't vote for the commie!

Because women in today's society have absolutely no morals or respect these days. It is appalling how women act and dress these days. To me it doesn't matter if they are ugly or pretty, it is just disrespectful. It is a shame that women have become so aggressive. It is supposed to be the man that chases the woman but that is now considered old fashioned. I for one prefer to be old fashioned. And by the way, the others are right, it is sexual harrassment. Try to be as diplomatic as possible when addressing this issue with your co workers. The general idea is that men want this and just the women don't. I know that it is not true!! My fiance was harrassed at his last job and it is very demoralizing. It is a tricky situation so please be careful who you talk to about it. Good Luck

Many women, today, have changed places of the 'male gropers' of yesteryear.
Yes, there are many women who now 'hit' on a / the men, and who have been 'liberated'.
Now that they are 'liberated' are they also liberal in their political beliefs?
There are a few females who have gone completely 'over the top' and place themselves into the dominating persona.
Take Hillary, as an example. What man, would want her hitting on him?? Only the most desperate, I would think.

Just the same as when men touch women inappropriately, women who touch men without permission or inappropriately.

This is sexual harassment. Talk to your manager, if they are involved also, talk to your personnal department.

Tell them to quit if you don't like it. Politely of course especially if they are your supervisors. If you're not going to stand up for your feelings then learn to deal with it.

Please note how you have a problem with people touching you and R J has a problem with vowels.

how are they touching you? if it's just a pat on the shoulder, arm, even knees, it's okay. if it's affectionate, caring, non sexual. but if it's grabbing butt and dick and all sexual and flirty then it's harrassment.

One thing I learned is that the area between the elbow and the shoulder is considered neutral territory. However, all you have to say is please don't touch me.
