Big Al and Shadd could break out and be stars on a mediocre team. Can they do enough to make the All Star team?

Jefferson has the best chance, given that he's averaging 20 and 10. On a team desperate for scoring, he should continue to put up big points.

It will still be tough, though, given how many great players are in the conference. I remember in the early days of the Timberwolves when Tony Campbell averaged 23 points per game and didn't make an all-star squad.

Jefferson will eventually play in a few all star games, but not this year. And by Shadd I think you mean McCants, he will never be an all star. Hell have a career in the mold of a Deshawn Stevenson, Keith Bogans or Ricky Davis. Solid but unspectacular scorer. Right now hes playing good on a horrible team, that means nothing. Same for Jefferson but his post game is the best. When he develops his jumper he will be unstoppable. His defense is another story.

If so many fans click his name onto the All-Star ballot.....but no the only player I see making it is Big Al 20 &10 like u said, hes having a decent year, besides that that team needs to let go of Payton, and Walker....Crapppp

not likely, maybe if they were in the eastern conference.

you got yao and amare and duncan and even camby.....al's chances are slim with those guys.

nobody else on their team is worth mentioning as an all-star. someday a lot of those youngsters could be there though.

al jefferson is the only member of the roster worthy of becoming an all-star. but it would be difficult. he has to contend against established forwards out west like tim duncan, carlos boozer and dirk nowitzki; guys with higher profiles like carmelo anthony, andrei kirilenko, shawn marion and, josh howard.
