like this one chick, telling me she has a masters degree and is a bona fide "genius", but when questioned about specifics on her mental acuity and her degree she refuses to respond to emails and eventually disallows emails?
whats with these lying posers these days? i think someone needs to give their kids a spanking.

im not asking for a resume here, but i would expect a person that claims credentials in a subject to be able to carry an intelligent conversation on the subject....and if they get defensive and end the conversation, and make it clear that they have little or no knowledge in the subject they claim credentials in, i think thats all i need to decide that they are full of SH*T

Yes. The world is full of diploma mills. The internet is feeding the frenzy
EDIT; brickitybrack
I hear you loud and clear. I used to teach for UoP's partner in crime ITT Tech until my conscience got the better of me. I could tell you stories of the crap that they try to pawn off as education (McEducation is what I call it)

Doesn't bother me, because it happens all the time. I just try to deal with the best and leave the rest. Sounds to me like that chick is a "bona lied" gamer. With all of my credentials and about $3.75 I could get a fancy latte at Statbucks--that's just how important they are. You have a good day.

How can you prove/disprove a person's credentials? You can't.
Can I prove that I am a graduate student, a member of the military, and a former teacher? Sure, but I will not put my personal information on the net.
>I agree. I wish there were more intelligent conversations here, then all the mudslinging.

No. I laugh at people like that. It's a wonder that person spelled genius right.Half those clowns usually have posts that are full of misspellings and improper grammar.
My personal one is when someone says to me "your(sic) an idiot."

It happens all the time, just remember that most people in the politics sections are just hacks that play a game - ignore them.

No, I talked it over with the Vice President, and we both agree that it is in the best interests of the nation for us to continue posing here.

I get especially amused by the "keyboard commandos" who think their (nonexistant) military experience makes them immune to criticism of their views.
