Wouldn't surprise me. That's liberal SOP.
"There were reeducation camps, and they weren't pretty and, you know, nobody, you know, likes that kind of outcome. But on the other hand, I've met lot of people today who were in those education camps, who are thriving in the Vietnam of today." ~ John Kerry
Or to paraphrase the liberal point of view: "Sorry, this won't be pleasant, but it's for your own good. We know what is best for the masses." And let's just forget about the hundreds of thousands that died as a result of liberal re-education.

No. Taking them on a tour of the Arctic might help convince them, though. When scientists disagree with scientists, the preponderance of scientific evidence usually wins. I would like to separate the sincere scientists who have good evidence that counters the global warming theory from those who have been bought by the oil companies to sew confusion and misinformation.

Actually it is interesting to note that in the 1300's when the little ice age started (yes an ice age that happened before industrialization) people were burned at the steak for causing the climate to change suddenly and dramatically, and anyone who spoke up was a heretic.
Yeah but the Church of climate change will have too come up with something less pollution causing than burning people though.

I agree. scientist who deny global warming are right. If history repeats itself then they will be jailed. global warming is real, but it is not caused by humans. Think about how warm it was back in the dinosaur times, and I'm pretty sure they didn't have cars, because they were dinosaurs.

It would make no difference in the long run. Scientific facts are what they are--and can't be changed by political persecution.
Like Galileo, global warming scientists have simply stated the facts. NOTHING the right-wing can say or do, now or ever, will change a single one of those facts in the slightest.

Well....comparing the Vatican and Al Gore is a strech. But gore wants to be seen as a "global leader of millions" so you are not far off!
He's just make them see his movie for hours on end for punishment! Or a long nap!

No, anyone can pay for bad information as well as good information, it is when you pay for good information and massage it make it to be bad that is real damaging in society.

Maybe we should jail them and call for their beheading, like what IS HAPPENING NOW in Sudan to a teacher.
