Repeatedly, ever since I learned to observe the phenomenon, mostly in my own experience, but also in the lives of others.
And by definition, it works both ways.
Spend your time trying to get over on everyone else, you will surely be done wrong in turn.
On the other hand, as you help others out, you find that help is available when you do get screwed, if you know how to accept it.

Yes I have, most definitely!! It is a shame that people do not seem to comprehend this and they just go through their lives doing things that are hurtful and wrong. I have made it a point my whole life to live according to the laws of the land and even more importantly the laws of God!! I attend church, though, not as often as I should. I am raising my daughter to be respectful, curtious, loving, decent, and with high morals. I feel too many parents lack these days in rearing their children, and then when their children grow up and become much less than they expected, they ask why!? That is the perfect example of reaping what you sow. My parents raised me with discipline, boundaries, and knowing that there is a consequence for bad behavior. My parents taught me to always respect myself as well as others. They also taught me that God's love and promise is the greatest of them all. They also taught me to respect my country and be proud of what our founding fathers accomplished. The key word is respect, and unfortunately that is what most people these days lack.

Yes, I have been blessed by seeing the ' reaping of the sowen' on both sides.
Though I should not feel good about some bastar* getting his in return, I found it very hard not to sing " OH HAPPY DAYS, OH HAPPY DAYS, ___",
And I do feel GREAT when someone deserving a good turn, receives his good reward !!! "Glory, Glory, Hallelujah--".

Oh yeah, my sister is a classic example. It amuses me how it seems she never learns.
