I actually laughed when I saw this question because I did call in sick today. I was supposed to go to class this morning then go to work but I just wasn't feeling it. Now I'm at home chilling. I haven't had a Monday off in a long time. It's even more enjoyable because my son is at preschool/daycare all day today. YAY for me!!!!

My husband did because it's storming here and he didn't have the heart to put our dogs in the kennel. Plus, he works 4 10hr shifts and on Thursday last week he found out he had to go in for a Hazmat (hazardous materials) refresher course. So I'm happy the dogs are warm, safe and not scared!!

The thought did cross my mind this morning, but if u can in sick on a Monday, at least in this country, your boss doesn't really buy it, he automatically thinks you're hung-over....which is true most of the time!
