Assuming you meant -4c-11 = 4c-21

-4c-11 = 4c -21
+4c +4c

11 = 8c -21
+21 +21
22=8c
22/8=c
11/4=c

-4c-11=4c+21 <-- Assumed you meant this
-4c -4c = 21 +11
-8c = 32
c = -4
