I didnt have a problem with my feet swelling so I wore whatever shoe style I wanted.
I was pregnant during the winter ( my daughter was born last march) I chose wedges because I was able to find mid calf and knee high boots that had a good heel height and had some grip on the sole.heels are harder on your feet especially if you get fat feet.
I never would have worn uggs while pregnant they make you look stumpy especially when you have a huge belly
would you wear uggs to work??thats not very professional they are very very casual and i think they would look sloppy in an office
why not wear a nice comfy pair of walk in the snow/ice boots before/after work and change into a nice pair of flats or something?
Merrells are wonderful http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2963549/0~2376778~2372808~6007659~6007678?mediumthumbnail=Y&origin=category&searchtype=&pbo=6007678&P=1

Well, you could be feeling symptoms of your menstrual cycle. I mean bloating is normal when you get your period. So are tender breasts. And the list goes on. You could be pregnant. Because it actually takes 10 months. The first month you don't actually know you're pregnant. You get your period etc. It's not until the next the month that you miss you're period. Try taking another pregnancy test. If it still comes up negative and you still want to know for sure, have a blood test at the doctors. And about this man's relationship with his wife, it's best to stay out of it. Yes you love him, but he's married. And he's betraying both of you. Most of all his wife. But really since you are aware he has a wife, he isn't hiding anything from you. Honestly if you are pregnant, then you need to be honest with him when you find out. Then let him handle the rest. You do need to just get out of this relationship. Because it's unfair to his wife. Especially since you know about her. And about a pregnancy test I'd get a blood test to be on the safe side.

Im not joking but what about mocassins????? the real kind. there supposed to be the best things for your feet next to boots. I don't know what kind of boot to recommend a pregnant woman. I wear gorex hiking and leather work boots. moccassins seem safe.peace!

I bought a really good pair of boots after 4 months of being pregnant as i had the same problem. I bought a pair of brown anckle boots that have good grips on the bottom and a zip on the side so as it makes it easy now i am so big. What ever you get make sure they are flat with a good grip as the bigger you get, the easier it is to get clumsy and fall.

Uggs r cute, but they don't go with everything. I have saw these cute flat, semi-dressy boots that would be good during pregnancy for people who don't wear heels. I call them elf boots. They're pointed-toed, but flat & they come up to ur knee. I think they have them on ebay. U can wear the with or without ur pants tucked inside of them. Very cute. I still wear high heel boots, but when I stop I'm going to wear those.

Well, no you don't want to be a slob, lol, but you do want to be comfortable. I don't know the dress code of your employer, but I think the new Uggs 'crochet' or Ugg 'Kona' are nice and would be comfortable. Some are not for snow or ice and some are so be sure to inquirer about that, you could also check out Timberland boots too. Hope this helps...

Get a boot with a good grip/sole. My boots are very stylish, but if you look at the bottom they look like hiking boots. They don't slip on anything.

just dont wear anything with too much of a heel, or anything with a slippery soul. But I hear that using sand paper to scuff up the bottom of new shoes make them less slippery.
Try this, wear tennis shoes to work on slippery days, then change into your casual work shoes once you get there.
As far as ice, I even bust my rearend in tennis shoes.

uggs are great however, they are not water proof and not for snow. They serve as wonderful boots to keep feet warm and VERY comfy. I wear my Timberlands in snow and try to be very careful when walking on ice and prego...This weekend in NY was scary!!
