Ummm, As a lady, I would prefer to eat first and it could be at home with some candles maybe, cook something different though, not something you see everywhere. Then the show. I know you probably are a good man, but just smile at her a lot and make a lot of serious eye contact...just to show some extra love....good luck and congrats on your 2yrs

It ultimately depends on what type of person she is. For a more relaxed and intimate meal, eat at home, if she likes to go out, then by all means take her. Just make sure you have reservations and that you can have ample time for dinner without rushing to get to the show.

Meal after the theatre. That way you have something to look forward too still, plus will be hungry. Also you'll have the show to discuss over dinner etc

It depends on your budget right now. if you can afford it I woudl say take her out. Let her have a real reason to get all dressed up and have a night out. Just keep in mind that when preparing for dinner that you need to make sure you can make reservations wherever you go or make sure you go someplace that will not be too crowded that night. Timing is of the utmost importance since you have to be on time for the show!

I think you cooking dinner would be really nice. You would obviously have to put a lot of thought into it and I think she would really appreciate that. Make sure you know what she likes!! I think you should do the theatre and then dinner ;)

Depends on how much time you have before the show. Will you be working tomorrow or can you plan a meal. THe thing with restaurants is that you cant depend on them for getting away on time.
I would go for a basic home cooked meal (like spag bol, carbonara or lasagne) with candles&wine etc
Have fun!!

Go to the restaurant. Girls tend to like the experience of the restaurant, getting dressed for it, being waited on.. looking at the other diners.
Home cooked meals are perfect for a hectic day at work, when all she wants to do is come home and veg out.

If you live together I would rather go out for a meal as you will eat at home together every night, but if you don't live together I would prefer to be cooked a meal at home as it shows more thought and effort
Hope it goes well anyway....goodluck

Dinner and the show is nice if you dont go out all the time. But cooking at home, would be real nice and we would probably miss the show! :)

She should go to the theater first and then make it more romantic by taking her to a restaurant later because then she'll be expecting more cooked dinners later on in life.
