That's a very good question. For all the horror that dictators and other unsavory leaders wreak on their populace, they generally are considered rightful, often divinely-appointed leaders whose authority cannot be questioned or challenged. To truly oust tyrants like this, you have to change the hearts of the people...no small task. That's the beauty of the United States' representative democracy: we have leaders that are as human as you and I that we can vote out every four years if we think they are corrupt or ineffectual. If we can democratize the rest of the world, humanity will finally be liberated to understand they have individual value.
