Quick survey:
Anyone else think that Nancy Pelosi is an individual suffering from delusions of granduer?
I think she needs to get over her totalitarian rule of the House and realize what her role as Speaker truly is.

Oh yeah! Nancy The Nut Pelosi. First Duty as Speaker? Run to Syria in an attempt to subvert the President and undermine policies. Good thing she showed her Socialist/Commi leaning tendencies early so people don't take her seriously!

you are clearly speaking for the residents of lala land.

pelosi has not really even started to use the power she has.

she coud if she wanted, simply refuse to allow any more spending bills requested by the president even to make it into committee if she chose.

and i would support her.

bush and the puppet republicans need some tough love - they now plan to hide behind the soldiers like eight year olds.

the congress will give the troops the money they need - the signature of the veto will be bush.

How so? Did you call Denny Hastert "King Hastert" or call out the Hammer DeLay when he did all of his arm twisting to bring the rank and file into line? Maybe you're just uncomfortable with women in positions of leadership. Or maybe you just don't like Democrats.

She's the speaker of the house, one of two chambers of congress which itself is a co-equal branch of government with the executive. What should "her role" be?
