I think French Maid is the best and the easiest to recognise! Even though people say that its done all the time, its still a classic and will always grab peoples attention!!! it never gets boring..go for it girl..and save Red Riding Hood for next time!!

Start wearing it now when he's not there and get used to wearing it. You have almost a month. You should be able to manage it a few times at least. Clean the house, etc. while you're wearing it and it won't seem so weird. Who knows? You may end up liking it. Think of how your husband will react and what will follow. You may not want to wait for Valentine's Day. Have fun. Geez. He could have asked you to do a lot worse. Or wear something worse. At least it will cover your parts, if that's what you're worried about. Oh, and take heart he's asking you and not someone else. He will love it and I'm sure he will make you feel loved because you did it for him, so what have you got to lose?
