I called home to see if the wife and kids were okay and she responded that she didn't know where they were and was leaving for work. She has had some bizarre behavior in the past and suffers from MS and depression. The police located her at her employer and verified both kids were safe at school. I have not called her, but we have both contacted divorce attorneys (learned this by checking hime email). I fear for my children's safety and seek full custody. What are my rights? Can I lock her out of the house? Can I leave with the children? Our marriage has been troubled for several years and it is time to move on. The children are afraid to be around her without me present.

Contact your local Children Services, take a police report. Tell them of your concerns. Contact your attorney and make sure he is aware of this situation. He can give you much better advice. She sounds like a charm. God bless****

For one, keep a log of all the times you have to call the authorities. Especially since she can't seem to remember if the children are alright. You need to make sure you tell this to your attorney. She could also be playing mind games with you. Ask your lawyer if you could get emergency custody until the divorce is over. Good luck.

It's against the law to lock her out of the house. She'll only call the cops on you if you take the kids. Ask your divorce lawyer what your options are. Good Luck
