No. AI only reflects the rules established by the AI programmer. So, at best, an AI program will reflect the morals and religious beliefs of that programmer. [See source.]
AI uses axiomatic rules, and these may not be modified or broken by the program itself. [If you saw "I Robot", it was that robot's axiomatic rules that were altered by the programmer.] The program can create new derived rules, but in truth they are simply variations on the fundamental rules. So if the axiomatic rules are fundamentally good, the derived rules will also be good. If they are evil....

I think there is a difference between intelligence and wisdom.
It takes wisdom, not IQ to have morals such as empathy and compassion that make warmth in the world. I don't think we mortals can duplicate this.
