Well, I'm a female and although a bit of a tomboy, I LOVE Dance Dance Revolution. I love music and it's a great way to get some exercise.
I also loved Final Fantasy X and X-2 (ashamed to admit I liked the latter). I think if more girls would try RPGs, they would find they like them due to the storyline and character development. It's like a fantasy novel only in a video game.

I really like RPGs, and I've found most other girls like them too. These are all great RPGs for the PS2:
Final Fantasy X
Dragon Quest VIII
Final Fantasy XII
Dark Cloud 2
Star Ocean - Till the End of Time

get kinfdoem hearts or kingdome hearts 2. there great games with awsome story's guys and girls love it. if she is a gamer then she should love a lot of the games out there. also try some sonic games. those are fun too.
