I attend a community college in Massachusetts.
My G.P.A. is currently 3.95 with a little more than 60 credits. My GPA in high school was around 3.8-3.9 in all honors or AP courses. I went to community college during high school my last year, under the Dual Enrichment Program. I ended up staying at community college due to my father being sick and was unable to pay for my tuition.
I am majoring in Psychology. My EC's include:
1) volunteer at MSPCA animal shelter
2) Leadership Development Program
3) Part time job-health club
4)Volunteered to restore a historical museaum
5) Notetaker for the disabled
6) recieved a math award
7) volunteered at a phoneathon and telethon asking for donations.
During high school I was in the NHS, Spanish NHS, Peer Leadership and participated in Varsity Cross Country.
I would love to attend a school in New York, Florida or California such as USC, UCF, NYU, Forhdam, BU, or Syracuse University. What colleges do you think I have a chance in being admitted into?

If you don't get into the schools you mention, it won't be because of anything you did. It sounds like you would be a wonderful asset for any of these schools. It is just a matter of how many transfer students they admit at the time you are applying, and whether taking in a psychology student is a priority for them (many schools use at least a portion of the transfers to fill in in areas with weak enrollment, so they could take a physics student with a lower GPA just because they don't have enough physics majors, rather than someone like you).

Looks like you have a very strong chance to get into any and all of those schools- especially if your test scores are high (if they require them for transfer students). You also probably have a good chance of receiving a scholarship- especially since you've got some extenuating circumstances. The schools you've listed are pretty expensive.

Honestly, I think you have a viable chance with all the colleges you indicated. You have all the supporting credentials, so the question is , "what college do you want to attend".
