Sometimes they will delete your Yahoo! Account in extreme cases, and I know of one person who was contacted by his ISP while at work. They told him that Yahoo! had contacted them and asked that he stop creating accounts and trolling on Y!A. His ISP said if he didn't stop, they would terminate his account with them and will be required to pay an early termination fee.

they used to be quite wicked about that, but not anymore, i kind of wish they would, cuz currently i have 25 email accounts open
