Bon Jovi is actually sold out as far as I know as I was trying to get tickets too. My friend joined the fan club and that was the only way she was able to get tickets, so that might be an idea for next time :)
Do like the others suggested though, Ticket master is a really good site to use and they email you before the tickets go on sale too :)

Try the venue's own website (i.e. Wembly, O2), it's usually quicker than going through the ticket agencies.
