I just go with it and get deprssed. My turn around time from the depression is usually less than 4 hours or so. My attention span is not long enopugh for a full blown melt down. It gets boring.

I just deal with being sad. I sometimes make it worse on myself. If I want to, I often try to change the mood by music. I will put on some death metal. Its aggressive and makes me feel a little less sad, and a little more like as* kicking.

spend fun time with friends and family. like go shpping, eat at fave restaurant, get hair and nails done. no matter what get out of the house, and out of the bed.
