Your son's name doesn't need to 'go with' your daughters' names. They are not a matched set, nor will they live together their whole lives.
Name him as an individual. Pick something that has meaning for you (and for God's sake that's spelled properly). You did fine with the girls, so do the same for the boy.
My suggestion would be to look up the top 100 names of the last few years (just Google top baby names 200_) and if you don't want to name your son something that everyone else is using, avoid the top 25. If you don't mind a trendy name use one of them (but please don't think changing it to some wacky spelling makes a top name unique- it doesn't).
Most of all, would the name you choose look good at the top of a letterhead? Not a silly spelling or unfortunate initials? Then that's all you need to know.
You did fine three times already, I'm sure you'll pick something reasonable this time, too.
