ok since last week ive been experiencing these cramp like pains in my stomach that last for a couple but long seconds. i dnt get them every day but almost everyother. just yesturday i experience it again. its like a tightning feeling then a slow release. im scared because im a first timer n dnt know what this is or if im going into labour early or what. can someone please tell me what im experiencing???? and if u had them too. the cramping is not so much painful but realy uncomfortable n sometimes if i continue walking while i feel this it gets alil worst.

More likely than not you're experiencing Braxton Hicks. It's totally normal, you're body is just preparing for the main event. I know I experience them most when I've been over exerting myself.
If you're really worried about it and it doesn't ease up with relaxation, massage, or a shower, call your doctor if you're next appointment seems too far away. Don't ever worry about calling your doctor "too much" that's what they are there for.

It could just be braxton hicks contractions, but i couldnt tell you for sure, with me? i delivered at 26 weeks with my little boy and the first sign of labor for me, was pressure and contractions, not very painful but did hurt! so im my opinion, i would call your doctor and see what he/she tells you, it could be something harmless to, so dont worry..just call and if he thinks you should go in, then go in!...goodluck
