How many days apart do the two instances of intercourse have to be in order to determine paternity from an ultrasound?
yes i made a huge mistake.....2 men.....one march 24th, the other april 28th, 5 weeks apart.......

had period approx mar 26th and then again approx april 21st, ultrasounds all match up to #2, i just want to be very sure!

You are pregnant by the guy that you had sex with in April. That guy has the closest date to your due date. If you got pregnant with the guy in march your due date would be in mid December. The Due date for having sex with the guy in April would put your due date around mid January.
8 days max (8 days is about how far the intercourse's have to be to be sure...though I added a few days just to be safe): sperm only live a max of 5 days in the best of conditions.
take the date they gave you as to how many weeks pregnant you are and subtract 2 weeks. So say they say you are 8 weeks pregnant...that means you got pregnant 6 weeks ago. Because they include the two weeks before conception when you aren't actually pregnant. Or you can take their due date that they gave you and subtract 38 weeks and you have about when you conceived. See who that could be. Who ever is closest. Since there is a month difference btwn the two guys it should be really easy!

It depends on when you ovulate, but a whole month apart is an easy one. What's your due date? When was your last period?
*Then the guy from April 28th is the father, since that matches up with your conception date. Your LMP was about 2 weeks before that.

My guess is Guy # 2 you got pregnant the end of April the Begging of may if you count back wards 40 weeks from your due date you end up on the week of April 29th - may 5th

that would be 2 different months! so if you concieved in march or the beginning of april it would be the 1st guy, if you concieved in the end of april or part of may it would be the 2nd.
sperm cant live a month!!! usually its about 6 days unless conditions are VERY favorable and if they are its not much more than that!

Just be honest to both of these guys and have a paternity test done to be sure. That way there's no chance of some poor guy paying support for a baby that's not his. You also need to know your child's true paternity for sure(not guessing). That way if any medical problems ever come up.

count back 38 wks from your due date to determine approximate ovulation (from jan 23rd, 38 wks prior is may 2nd)... the man you were with on april 28th is the father... sperm can live at least 5 days (easily) but not more than 7.

did you have a period in between them. when your baby is born, then you can have a test done. dna does not lie. but, they will be able to tell you when you are due and how far along you are at your ultrasound so count backwards xince they were a month apart you should be able to tell

you should be able to tell apart from that. i thought you were gonna say some crazy crap like some of these girls had sex with 2 guys 3 days apart. in that case there would be no way to tell but a month apart you should be able to tell seriously.

well i would say go by your period....did you have one in april? if not ...then your pregnant by the first guy......if you had a period in april, then your pregnant by baby daddy #2................but if you dont have accurate periods......then, the sonogram will be able to tell you even if you are a week off......
