From what I'm hearing about how the reviewing judge is responding to the revelations about how the original case was (mis)handled, it sure looks like they have a strong case for false imprisonment...or even worse against the prosecution.

Yes and i hope that they do!! And even though they both have suffered through a tragedy of justice i am quite sure justice will finally be served. Unfortunately the prosecutor in the case Johnny "on the spot" Sutton is a close friend of GW Bush Im sure any civil suit filed against him will be white washed and stalled until after GW leaves office.

THIS is the offense george bush should be prosecuted and impeached for...the failure to secure our borders, encouraging and allowing the escalated illegal invasion, lying to us about putting up the fence and beefing up border security, and doing everything in his power to make sure the border patrol does NOT do its job like jailing ramos and campion for that very act...

these are exactly the types of high crimes and misdemeanors of which our great founding fathers warned of and legislated against.

impeach bush for treason on the border and immigration issue, not for the war on islam.
