4/7 for 56 yards are good numbers, he'll get more series in and pick up his numbers.

Russell was cut loose on a couple of series..but McCown looked way better..and was hungry yesterday..the Broncos are just a bad team in too many aspects to judge anything about upside..that isn't an overnight thing..

4 for 7 for 56 yards isn't much. You want to base anything on that you'd have to say he isn't very good.

Well, 7 passes isn't exactly a good projector for a whole future...WAY too early to tell...but for how little he played, he did well...

Since he only threw 7 passes, it's too hard to tell...need to see him at least for a full game.
