OK so I had 2 ovulation tests left from a while ago... my doc told me they were a waste of money so I stop using them. I have PCOS and my doc said the reason we have been unsuccessful is beacause I'm not ovulating. This is my first month taking Femara and I felt like I was getting sharp pains yesterday (today is day 14 and my cycle is 28 days) so I thought maybe I would take one of the OPKs this morning. (When I was taking them I NEVER saw one turn out positive.) Well it had a faint line.... however, the instructions say that the line has to be the same color or darker than the control window.... it also says having PCOS can effect the results?! I was just wondering if anyone has had that... what is means? Does it maybe mean that I already did ovulate? Or maybe that I am going to just not in the next 24-48 hours!? Thanks in advance ladies!

A faint line means nothing. I used these tests for 2 months before I conceived and the line was faint almost all the time with me. A positive is really obvious, a really dark 2nd line.
