Chocolate does have caffeine in it so take it easy, a little chocolate shouldn't hurt though. Try and cut it down to a regular sized bar a day.

Only if you have gestational diabetes. You will be tested in the six month (if not already). Chocolate will not hurt the baby it is just showing that there is something in chocolate that your body is needing, maybe sugar.

Some chocolate every day wont hurt baby. Too much sugar is bad for both of you, not to mention that too much chocolate will put too much caffeine in your body- bad for you and baby. AND eating too much sugar will give you yeast infections.

A bar or two a day isnt going to hurt anything, just dont over do it.

i read that the more junk food you eat whilst pregnant the higher the chance of your baby becoming obese!! id slow down on the chocolate if i were you.. drink high lights its less calories and tastes the same!!

each time you want chocolate, eat protein first -like ham slices, yogurt, cheese, etc. this will balance out your diet and reduce some of your cravings.
