Neither! In a relationship, I wouldn't want to be either a "dominant" or a "submisive" partner. I'd want to be just a partner.

I'm dominant in bed.
Psychologically I'm probably more submissive though.
Sometimes its not so cut and try. I have many facets to my personality.
I am a top, but I can be turned on by submitting to someone emotionally. Its hard to explain. I think its more interesting when people dont define themselves so strictly.

In bed I'm more dominant, but can be very submissive in life. It's really hard for me to say one way or another, there are so many other factors.

normally sub can be dom but dont really get much out of it though i am by nature very submissive
