America has no future at all,
The American government has allowed most manufacturing companies to leave our towns and cities and take the jobs with them to China and Mexico. all the while we buy foriegn cars and appliances, and food, and now lumber and oil. and use the excuse it is better made and cost less.
cost less because the labour cost are only a small percentage of what it was costing them here, they are turning around and selling it back to us at triple the profit, the buyers are quite happy but the people who have lost their homes and families in America, aren't so happy.
At one time in America we had three groups of people the poor the middle class and the rich,We only have two groups now,
The rich and the poor, and the rich arent sharing any of it. just hording more and more.
what i predict will happen, Americans will become very agered with the government, it wont matter what anyone from any party said they will do when they get in as president, you will see major Roits every city in the country, demanding the government take care of it's own instead of protecting the world.
the real problem is, so deap in dept.
America is over three trillion dollars in dept to China alone,
we are paying 1.5 billion dollars per day in interest to the Chinese,
My answer to your question is.

American government has destroyed our children's future,
we the public are just as guilty for not buying or investing in American home made products , but i wouldnt expect anyone to realy agree with me, because most others will say it just not so,
but just look around see what your families are going through every day, read the headlines in the newspapers, your heart and eyes can't hide the truth.

it cannot be repaired by politicians, we have to do it ourselves. How ?
I realy don't know,!
but it had better get done soon.
my prediction is the war in Iraq will look like a Sunday picnic compared to what we are about to go through in this very next winter,
just imagine
Our America,
militarily ,
one of the strongest countries in the world and yet the weakest Government system on earth allowing its middle income base to fall throught the cracks and be lost forever.

The future is the time ahead of us.
Personally, I think you can't know what the future will bring, but you can try to make it best possible for you.
