*Just hang in there... It's something you're going to have to deal with even after you have the baby... I would take a hot shower or bath.... or have your hubby give you a massage to relieve some pressure....*

That was my very first symptom of pregnancy both times I've been pregnant. However, since you are recently off BCP, you may also be having some hormone fluctuations that could be the cause. It sounds like you may only need to wait about a week before you can test and find out for sure. Treat yourself as if your pregnant in the meantime, but try to prepare yourself for not being pregnant, the emotions you experience when hoping to conceive are very powerful.

there really isn't anything you can do... A hot shower or bath will help a lil but once that heat is gone you will have the pain again. My back hurts 24/7 and I use heat but it can only work for so long and then the pain comes right back.
Pretty soon your breasts won't hurt anymore. I know how your feeling everything was hurting on me at that time.
Not to scare you but thats not all the pain.. your ribs will hurt your back you pelvic.. you'll even get very bad headaches
but its all worth it. I wish u luck!!

I know how you feel.
I refuse to even take tylenol.
But uhm warm baths, heating pads, and lose fitting upper tops.
And If you don't need a bra on don't wear one.

That's what I did and now I am 27 weeks and it's all cool.

So good luck and congratulations.
