The past few days I have been dizzy, nauseaus and vomitting, fatigued and have pain in my lower abdomen I think in my uterus. Although fatigued I am having trouble sleeping. My nose is running and my back hurts. Also sorry if this is too much info but I have been urinating and the other more often and last time I did #2 it was kind of green.

My son and I have been doing the same things. There were so many different symptoms that we finally went to the doctor. He said there was a bad stomach virus going around. You'll be better soon. If not be sure to visit doctor.

Good Gosh Almighty Lady!!! Make an appointment with your Gyn doc... asap... sounds like a multitude of symptoms... do not wait if you develop a fever.. Hope you feel better soon!!

That's alot of symptoms i would say some sort of a virus but with the green pee i would call your doc just to be sure that's sounds weird!

You're not pregnant are you?
If not could be a urinary tract problem, or a kidney problem.
Whatever it is you should get yourself to the doctors asap. These things only get worse, and rarely just go away on their own.

Go to the doctor. It sounds like some type of virus but all those symptoms, what are you waiting for?You rather ask strangers on the net instead of a licensed physician? Please go see whats wrong!

I am not a Doctor but I think you need to go and see one as soon as you can, those symptoms do not sound good.

as im not a doctor i cant say what is wrong with you,but if i were you then i would get myself round to the doctors so that the doc would beable to tell you what was wrong,

well you could be pregnent.....or you could have a serious kidney infection or a UTI..I would call your doctor and get blood work done as well as a urine sample.....it could be serious.
