You should do nothing. Nothing is wrong.

Unless you suspect you're pregnant, then just wait it out, but DO be SURE to use a tampon or pad for the next few days. Also I WAS pregnant several years ago and was bleeding at the time my period should've been on. I thought I was having a period and although it was enough for me to use a panty liner, I was pregnant. I knew something was wrong because it wasn't heavy enough after several days. The pregnancy was confirmed by my doctor with a vaginal ultrasound.

Mine also does stop after a few days occasionally, but I end up with heavy, sudden break through bleeding when I least expect it and you don't want to be out and that happen. So that's why I say use a feminine product.

I would wait. It'll probably come back. Sometimes I bleed heavily for the first 3-4 days, then nothing, and then I get lighter bleeding for the next day or two. There's probably nothing abnormal going on with you.
