You have made the right decision to not buy you boots online this will almost always end up with you getting the wrong boots. As for your board and bindings you can get them online as long as you are sure on what width of board is right for you ie regular, midwide or wide. Ok im assuming that you will need a regular board so going by your height and weight i would recommend you go for an All mountain board around a 155. All mountain boards are great for begineer riders as you can do all types of rideing on them freestyle, freeriding and powder. This will still be a fairly small board but as a new rider you will find a smaller board easier to turn and learn the basics on and you will progress quicker. I disagree with Terry M about getting a freeride percific board though as freeride boards are designed to perform at high speeds and because of this you cant really get begineers freeride boards anyway, even if you felt you wont be into park riding or any type of freestyle you will still be better off with an All mounatin board even if you are just cruising around.
Some good boards that would suit you are
Forum Recon
Burton Clash
Burton Elite
Gnu Cardon High Beam
Niro Revolt
K2 Select
All these boards are east to ride and learn the basics on but are progressive enough to last you a while, Good Luck.

The board that will work the best for you also depends on what type of riding you are going to do (park or freeride/all mountain). Try this snowboard size calculator - it also gives some really good recommendations on what boards would suit your riding style:

A rough guess not knowing your riding preference would be 158cm - maybe a little longer board if you are still growing - I really would suggest a freeride board or an All Mountain board with some setback - that will usually make learning easier.

My favorite brands are Ride, K2 and Burton for all mountain. I don't really ride the park much, but there I would say Lib Tech, Forum and K2.

Good Luck
