I would slow way down. You can put your divorce on hold and really go slowly on this one. When I worked for a divorce lawyer I heard this over and over "I changed my mind, I still love him"
The best advise is to wait it out and see if you truly are still in love with each other or if the almost ex spouse is trying to get you back and will behave in the same old way once that is accomplished. Whatever brought you to this point happened, make sure you as a partner work through that.

what do you mean with go back? you mean you fell in love with another and go back with the one divorcing you? well, if you are in that situation, wait until the divorce is over with so you don't have hassles with the new one you love. If you suddenly (for some unkown reason) fell back in love with the one who is divorcing you, try to make things work. If they don't get the divorce and move on.

Finalize the divorce, stay with the new person you have fallen in love with, and wait a few YEARS before running to the alter again.
Only time will tell if its meant to be. You dont want another divorce under your belt!

i would give a marriage any chances it can get. The decision to get a divorce can always be changed and sometimes the prospect of the divorce happening is enough to snap people back into getting along and experiencing a good and real relationship again. Sometimes people just need to be shaken up to snap back and realize what they are turning their back on.
If you and your spouse can honestly say you have fallen in love again, it is awesome and don't waste that opportunity to turn your marriage into one which has survived some real tests and trials. Best of luck!

Go back?? Oh, you mean so you can get Divorced again...

Why don't you make sure that your current Marriage isn't totally messed up.

I recently lost a Fiance over myself being an idiot, and getting angry, saying stupid crap. Check it out... Don't let something go that you feel means the world to you. For the love of Jesus, you Married this person. MARRIED! Don't let it just fade... Because you know it and I know it... It'll never be the same........ And don't lie and say it will, because you know it won't..

Good luck, my heart is with you.

did you fall in love with the person you are divorcing or someone new? if you fell back in love with your soon to be ex then its not too late to be together. if you fell in love with someone new wait until you are fully divorced until you start a real relationship with them.

The state of New Hampshire and I share the same philosophy "Live Free or Die", it's their state motto and mine.
I am happily single.
Why jump back into the frying pan so soon? How can you fall in love so quickly and be sure about it working out ?
