I know but i am serious i am a male whose balls have been icthing like mad for ages i tried thrush cream buts it always so embarrsing to tell the doctor , i do NOT shag around. It is so annoying some helpful answers would be great :)

I'll discuss jock itch a bit more. In the old days we called the fungus Tinea cruris, but nowadays it is known as Trychophyton rubrum. As most fungi, it thrives in warm, moist environments. Therefore, drying well after a shower and frequent changes of clean underwear help, along with an antifungal cream. Wear loose fitting pajamas at night. Boxers may work better than briefs during the day.
Intertrigo can cause itching, and is a bit more complex in its causation and treatment. You can look it up
Finally, you may be allergic to the soap you use, or you may not be rinsing your genitalia well when you shower. Soap tends to collect in the inter-crural folds and can cause an annoying dermatitis. A mild hydrocortisone cream treats this.
Docs see these conditions all the time. Don't be embarrassed. See your physician if these simple suggestions don't work.

I know that you may be embarrassed to tell a licensed doctor about this, but in all honesty, they have seen all types of cases and don't deserve the degree that they have, or the title of doctor, if they laugh at you or insult you.
You say that you don't "shag around", which is great and I'm sure that the doctors meet plenty of people who DO, and are in worse shape than you, so that should make you feel more comfortable about seeking the treatment that you need to help yourself. We could all get on here and tell you what we think it is, but ultimately, you will need a doctor to confirm our theories and give you treatment to actually FIX the problem, whatever it may be. is there a rash and is it only on your balls?
maybe you're allergic to something rather than it being thrush. I've never heard of it being there before.
Have you changed your washing powder recently?
If the thrush cream did help but you're too embarrassed to go buy it/or ask doctor, try www.blushingbuyer.com.
You can get all kinds of stuff there without being embarrassed.
If not, I really suggest you go to the doctors. Maybe ask to see a different one so you never have to see them again?

could be any of these answers but we'd all be stabbing in the dark, go to the doctor he'd be able to tell you right away and you could probably buy the cream or whatever you need over the counter otherwise you'd be buying cream for this that and the other without really knowing what you're treating.

Its probably just jock itch but a doctor can help. Don't be embarrassed, if its a man he knows, believe me.Have your women scratch them or rub some hydrocortizone on them.

This is normal in guys. All guys balls itch. It hurts like hell doesnt it? I think its cause they get wicked sweaty and hot, and itch really bad. So, just sleep nude some nights. Or you can rub lotion on them, and it helps them stop itching for the day, or atleast 12 hours. If this doesnt help, just go to the doctor. Hes gonna help you not laugh at you, and a She if your lucky ;)

How old are you? If you're a teen it's probably just pubic hair growing in... happened to me too... Itches like hell... Ignore it and don't do what I did... Dont cut it... lmao.... It just grows back and itches worse than ever!

it is probably jock itch which is like athletes foot. You use the same types of cream. Try lotrimin, you can find it at walgreens. If it doesn't work off to the dr for you.

this isn't embarrassing for the doctor -it's a body part not unlike an ear or hand. get tested for STDs and always use condoms.
