My mom is getting a hot chocolate gift basket (2 mugs, multiple packs of hot chocolate, mini marshmellows, cookies, and candies) along with some fuzzy slippers and a bathrobe. She's sure to love it.

Two pillows with lovely pillow cases with hand made lace edges made by the grandma of a friend. The grandma is 100 years old!
If you want some unusual ideas, try attending a craft fair. Or think of something your mother enjoys and buy her something to help her enjoy that.

I am getting her stamps with my little ones picture on them, photo cartridges for her printer and photo paper (she is just getting into the computer), a lounging set (be comfy on those cold nights) and a gift card to a fancy restaurant for her and my Dad to go out and be spoiled.
My Dad, not a clue yet.

Mom is gone...left me when I was one. BUT, I am mom, and the best thing my kids could do is just get good grades and help around the house. Maybe, make her a coupon book of things you can do together, or just for her.
bake cookies, a foot massage for her with a pedicure, clean the bathrooms, lunch out, if you have the money, and everything else she likes that you can do for her.

Stuff for the kitchen like--silicone baking sheets, measuring cups, and spoons--because that's what she asked for. But just because I am giving her some snugly gowns and one of those tapestries that you can have a picture put one(it has her 3 grandkids on it).

I live close to my mom so we are going to spend a day together, dinner, movie and time together. If you don't live close them sent her a letter from you thanking her for be there for you and just a little gift that she would like. House shoes, and a blanket and a good book that you think she will like.

They are a bit expensive, but you could always get her a digital picture frame. My mom would love one, maybe yours would too.
Do you ahve a brother or sister that could help pitch in on the gift?

a basket with wine coolers, bubble bath, a nylon "scrubbie", a relaxing CD, her favorite chocolate, her favorite body lotion (from Bath & Body), a bath pillow, and an eye mask. There will be a door tag (like the ones in hotels) that reads "It's Mom's time - I'm taking a bubble bath. Leave me ALONE!!!"

My Mom is in a nursing home and always needs clothes, so I am getting her a new pair of pajamas, slippers, and a box of sugar-free candy. She also wants earrings.

A cookbook, an angel (she collects them) and probably either a piece of jewelry or something to wear.
It's time I start giving her the type of Christmas' she blessed me with.
