Press the History button on your computer-usually it's the one with the little time capsule-looking button...

Press it and you can see the sites visited within the last two weeks... Now, if the person has deleted them on history, you cannot see them... Choose the timeframe and view and click the sites to see...

Hope this helps!!! =) Good luck!

I have Windows XP, so yours might be somewhat different.
START ==> Control Panel ==> Internet Options ==> Settings ==> View Files and it will show you all the temporary internet files.
To thin it out, you can go ==> Internet Options ==> Delete ==> Delete Files ==> View Files which will show you the cookies of the websites visited.
You can also click START, SEARCH, ALL FILES AND FOLDERS and type in Cookies. Again, that will show you a list of websites visited.
Neither of these methods is complete. Some websites do NOT leave cookies behind...others sneak their cookies into some other folder or file. To sniff them out, you would need a special program, such as listed in "Hacking Windows XP" by Steve Sinchak, probably available at your library.
Good luck!

You can view the history ONLY if it is still there. If the person uses a browser that erases history when you log off, this will do no good. Only way to spy on other users of your computer is with a keylogger that stores every keystroke and takes screen shots of every Web page opened.
