True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.

Love and blessings Don

You can't find happiness because its not a "thing" its a feeling. You can't force it or make it happen. The more you try to make it happen the more elusive it become.

Happiness tends to occur when you are absorbed in doing something you really enjoy doing. Something which stimulate your brain and occupies you. Some activity; gardening, walking, reading, being with someone having a stimulating conversation. Finding a quite time to think and reflect, to find the good things in life. Its usually a fleeting moment, then its gone. You can't expect to be happy and joyous all the time. I think its very rare and something to treasure. Its a sense of contentment, wellness, fulfilment, calm and inner peace.

You don't find happiness. You make happiness. There is always something in each day to be grateful and happy for. Even if it is a lesson learned. Happiness is a gift you give to yourself. Blessings on you.

As Bertrand Russell pointed out in Conquest of Happiness, I don't think that happiness is anything fancy or something grand.
Happiness to me would be simple lack of unhappiness. Absence of anything that causes worries, anxiety, discomfort and such would be happiness.

By stopping seeking it.... because happiness is here already and all seeking for it elsewhere distracts you.... and so experiencing it cannot happen, as long as you're distracted by the seeking.
