Compared to what, the concept of youth is relative.
I'm 62, so most here think I'm an old geezer. But
when I go to the old folks home, they call me youngster.

it depends on a lot of things...like on a person's educational level (like if they have an MBA or a doctorate)...depends on what they have achieved combined with the position they hold (their maturity level)...otherwise it's the age, in my view, of 21. After your'e 21 you're not considered young anymore, but you're not considered old either.
Certainly though a father and mother would consider their son a young man all their lives. Or if you should be around a group of senior citizens you'd probably be considered young if you were in your 50's, or merely if you were younger than they were.

I'm in my early 20's but I act 13... and sometimes 6. I'm very young at heart. So, people are shocked when I tell them how old I am. Minus a few physical setbacks, you're as young as your spirit allows you to be.
...but I'll say that when someone is about 30ish they no longer can have any excuses. Hope that answers your question.

anything past 24, as i was informed by the 14 year old daughter of a friend of my mothers, oh dear at 28 I'm absolutely ancient.

i think as long as you come across someone older then you you,you will always be considered young which i think is a good thing

You are as old as you feel. I look and feel 10 years younger than my actual age. Age is just a number.
