Change in routine can do that.
I spent many a restless night for the same reason until I started drinking a nice camomile tea before bedtime when I'm out of ganja and now it's not so much a problem.

I can tell you why,cos i had the same problem,smoked for 18
years everyday.when you smoke the herb,at some point that
night you will fall asleep cos your stoned.now you are trying to
sleep without it(but your mind is still awake).
It will take quite a while before you start falling asleep naturally,cos your mind and body are not used to sleep
without dope,this process took about a month for me,
longer for some of my friends,its all about the individual
so you will have to see for yourself.
One thing i will say is don't start using another type of
drug to assist you(IE,alcohol,)cos then you will have to
ween yourself of that.Try exercise,fresh air and get a
new routine.In time you will stop thinking you need a
reefer to sleep,and you will just drop off.

Stop worrying about not sleeping. Get to your bed and watch television eventually at some stage you may drop off. It will take a while to get back to routine sleep but you will get there eventually.

it could be psychosimatic, basically because you have always fallen asleep after a joint, you are in the frame of mind that, that is how it will always be....you need to tell yourself that you dont need it, try hot milky drinks, or falling asleep to the radio or reading or something, good luck

It's called insomnia! lol
I'm like that too mate, I have to have a joint to get to sleep!But I'm not bothered!
I like having a joint, getting stoned and going to sleep!But if you wanna quit, seriously......talk to frank! :D xx
