Keith Moon of the Who was great and so was the drummer for Led Zeppelin John Bonham. Phil Collins is also an outstanding drummer as well.

Bonham was great but the best is either Neal Peart from Rush or Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater

carl palmer emerson .> emerson, lake & palmer... neil perit> rush.....these two could do things that I still cant figure out how they did it........ bonham was more of a power drummer BUT very good
